Palm City Crossfit, & CrossFit Sea Dog are opening their gyms for a very special Friday Night Lights on October 14th to raise funds/donations to help support our CrossFit family.

What we're doing

October 14, 2022, at 5:30 pm, CrossFit Sea Dog (Jupiter), and Palm City CrossFit (Palm City) will be hosting a special Friday Night Lights to help raise awareness and funds to help our CrossFit community on Florida’s Gulf Coast, who have been affected by Hurricane Ian.

Anyone can join at one of our host locations or virtually at 5:30 pm on Friday, October 14th.

One special hero WOD (below). One version for those joining in person at one of our host gyms and one for people joining from home.
After the workout, there will be grilling, beverages, and socializing. (Typical Friday Night Lights)
No drop-in fees. Gyms will not charge drop-in fees, but we do ask that you make a monetary donation of any size to help support our CrossFit family on Florida’s west coast.
All size donations are welcome. Our friends will need our help for months to come. Donations of any amount are appreciated but are not required to participate.
Everyone welcome. Spectators & those completing the WOD are welcome. You don’t have to be a member of the host gym. We do ask you to register in the form below.
Livestream. Livestream link invitations will be sent via Zoom by the 13th. The link will also be placed on this page and on social media for the host gym

With time comes the ability to assess the situation more fully, and one may now conclude that Ian represents a catastrophe of historic proportion on the Gulf Coast.

To our Gulf Coast CrossFit Family: While we continue to seek information from more of our CrossFit community on Florida’s west coast, we want you to feel the full support of your east coast village. To our East Coast Community: We’ll be hosting both an in-person and virtual hero WOD Friday Night Lights style! We’ll be fundraising to help our west coast family rebuild.
